About us

Our company started its business in 1992 focusing on producing small injection moulds and metalwork.

Within the company development, its core activity had changed. Continuously, the company activity has been transferred to producing precise technical moulds  (injection technology).

There have been two important milestones in the company‘s development:

• The building of the new production and administrative premise, relocation of the company in 2003.
• Awarding of quality certification and environmental system certification in 2005 according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 and ČSN EN ISO 14001. We were certified accorting to ČSN EN ISO/TS 16949 in May 2016.
• The expansion of a warehouse and production plant on the premises of a new building in 2013.
• The purchase of two new measuring devices (3D video camera with a touch probe and 3D scanner) supplemented by the design and operation of development programs and measuring centers in 2014.
• The purchase of 3D printer and hydrometer in June 2016.
• The purchase of SW Moldex 3D/eDesign – 3D analysis of injection cycle and analysis od presumed presumed defect (it includes for example calculating deformation of part, assessment of the flow, position and count of inflow, drawdown of surface, the possibility of calculating of fiber orientation a their influence to deformation and other).

Currently, the company offers a comprehensive range of services and activities – from the development of parts and moulds, ensuring the production of injection moulds and mouldings, up to assembly and complete systems and functional units.

Thanks to this strategy, we have become a reliable supplier in various industries, including the automotive, electrotechnical and consumer industries.

In 2019 a new production hall and Training Center was built. The training center includes a new injection molding machine ARBURG 920 S 4600-2100 with modern robotic equipment (6-axis robot). Thanks to the building of the new production hall, the company now has more storage space available and the logistics flow of material has been substantially improved.
